Cake Balls/Pops

1. Make a cake in a 9 X 13 pan
2. Crumble cake into fine crumbs
3. Add frosting to the cake crumbs (add only enough to allow you to form balls)
4. Mix well.
5. Roll into balls and place on wax paper and chill (I found the freezer works best)
6. Dip in tempered chocolate (almond bark)
7. Make designs if wanted

Cinnamon Sugar Pizza

SUGAR CRUMB CRISPY
  • 1/4 cup butter *make sure butter is cold*
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 can Pillsbury Cresent Rolls (I used home made crescent rolls)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Cut in butter to sugars, cinnamon, and salt and flour to form crumbs.
On an ungreased cookie sheet, separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Sprinkle crumbs on top.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 8-12 minutes.
After they were cooked and cooled I cut them into smaller triangles but you can leave them big too!

GLAZE
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar *I like my glaze thicker, so if the glaze is too runny, just add more powdered sugar to get yours to the desired consistency.*
  • 1 Tbsp. softened butter
  • 1-1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 to 1-1/2 Tbsp. milk
Blend together and drizzle over Sugar Crumb Crispies

Yummy!!

    3. Punch down dough. Divide in half. Roll each half into a 12-inch circle. Spread with butter. Cut into 10 to 15 wedge. Roll up the wedges starting with the wide end. Place rolls with point under on a greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise until double (about 1 hour).
    4. Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 12-15 minute or until golden brown. Brush tops with butter when they come out.
