Cinnamon Honey Butter

Recipe:

1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Whip the room temperature butter with whisk attachment for 30 seconds. Add powdered sugar, honey and cinnamon and beat until completely combined and smooth. Scrape down sides of bowl and turn up speed and whip for a minute or two or until really light and fluffy. Yield: about 3/4 cup

Yummy. I had a hard time making it fluffy. Try whipping it longer.
